What is a featured writer?
A featured writer is a club member who has shown great passion for the literary arts through their involvement be it within the club or outside the club. Their work has been featured on our sites and has gained so much feedback that we'd like to honor them and encourage them to keep on inspiring through creating. Being a featured poet also comes with out of this world prizes (hint hint). These writers will permanently remain in our hall of fame along with a bio and samples of their work
What's the difference between being featured and being a featured writer?
Your work can be featured on our Instagram, Facebook, and website through submitting your piece through the "Work of the Week" form. There is no limit to the submissions. Being a featured writer can mean that you have submitted your work to us, performed with us, lead a workshop, and etc.! The possibilities are endless! You can have a featured work, but not be a featured writer. (Although, you are more likely to be a featured writer the more work you submit!)
How can I be a featured writer?
First of all, let us know who you are! Submit to "Work of the Week" so we can read your work and post it on our website and social media! Second of all, TALK to us! Let us get to know you!
